Friday Night Dining at the Lodge - Nancy Muncer

The Friday Night Food Committee would like to thank all of the cooks, crews, kitchen volunteers, and patrons who support Friday Food.

Parties of 10 or more are urged to call Nancy (609-289-1010) or Linda C (609-412-7020) well IN ADVANCE so we can better prepare for the evening. More volunteer chefs are needed for the New Year. See the signup board in the lounge or contact Nancy. We look forward to the winter as the committee has several cooking ideas. We are bringing back our “Baked potato bar” night, we will have our 3rd Annual Soup Cook-off in Feb. 2010 and we are planning an Appetizer “contest”. If you have an idea for a Friday Night Food “event” we would like to hear it.

Appetizers: clams casino, u-peel shrimp, manhattan clam chowder, clams on the 1/2 shell

Entrees: fried or broiled flounder, fried shrimp, deviled clams, crab cakes, fried combo

All platters include french fries, cole slaw, and dinner roll
